Kalisa Beyer – U15 Head Coach
I played for Bothell High School varsity 3 years. I was All-Kingco 2nd team twice and went to state both junior and senior year. During these two years we went undefeated in league play, won the Capitol City Classic Tournament and took 2nd in two other tournaments. Senior year we placed 8th in state. Since high school I have played in multiple indoor adult recreational leagues and tournaments, and outdoor tournaments, winning several championships across all of these factions of play. My coaching style is firm and competitive but never belittling or degrading. I encourage the girls to have fun through hard work and improvement. I expect my players to have good attitudes and to be good teammates and want to play for each other. While the goal is to produce a competitive team during tournaments, I also focus on each individual girl’s improvement. I expect each girl to come to each practice and tournament with 100% effort and wanting to push themselves to become better players and make the team better.
